Applicability

The orders processed by Naef Spiele Inc. are subject to the terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of purchase. The terms and conditions are available on the website.

Contract conclusion

Orders are confirmed in writing (via email) and the confirmation of order contains the essential data regarding the order. The sales and purchase contract takes effect upon the buyer’s placement of order.

Privacy

The buyer agrees that personal data submitted and registered in the process of the placement of order may be stored, processed, and used for contract purposes and in agreement with the applicable privacy policies. When you enter your personal information necessary for the registration, you are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. We are obliged to treat personal data as confidential and make do not allow access from unauthorized third parties.

Terms of delivery

Items are delivered to Switzerland and EU countries only. Delivery of in-stock items usually takes a few days only. Shipment is normally sent by Swiss Post inside Switzerland. Shippings inside the Euopean Union is accomplished by DHL from our Warehouse in Germany. Shipment costs are calculated according to the weight of the merchandise and the chosen shipping mode.

Offers/prices

Designs and/or technological aspects of the merchandise are subject to change (and may be altered in order to enhance the functionality and quality of items), as is the description, visual display, and price of the merchandise. Errors and omissions accepted. All prices are benchmark retail prices, continuously adjusted to the current market, and are inclusive of Swiss VAT 8%. The prices for EU countries including 19% VAT.

Terms of shipment / terms of payment

Switzerland
Within Switzerland, shipment of merchandise of over 100 CHF is free of charge. For retailer the free shipping amount is 500 CHF and above. All orders are shipped via Post Pac Economy or Post Pac Priority service. The payment method for orders within Switzerland is either credit card or postal invoice (payable net within 10 days after date of issuance for endusers and 30 days for retailers)

EU
Deliveries will be made by DHL. Credit card payments can be processed using MasterCard / Visa / through the Pay Pal secured payment service. Estimated shipping times can be found on www.dhl.de.
The delivery may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the shippment. Force majeure strikes, lockouts, official interventions, energy / raw material shortages, involuntary transportation bottlenecks, involuntary operation complications, etc.

All personal and financial information is treated confidentially and is encrypted. Naef Spiele Inc. reserves the right to make its acceptance of an order conditional upon a satisfactory credit assessment of the buyer.

Returns / Refund

Naef Spiele AG granted a voluntary return policy of 14 days for purchases received. However, a prerequisite for the exercise of the right of return, that you return the goods in full, intact and in original packaging.

Refund

Repayment will take place by appointment. Generally, the account with which the order was taken.

Warranty

Naef Spiele Inc. warrants to the buyer that the merchandise is free from defects in material and workmanship and guarantees optimal customer support. It is the buyer’s contractual obligation to check the purchased merchandise for defects immediately upon delivery. Damages from shipping are to be reported immediately to the respective carrier. Any material defects are to be reported to info@naefspiele.ch within one week. For further information, see “right of revocation”.

Transfer of title and risk

Title and risk shall pass to the customer upon shipment of the order.
